Can anyone tell me what breed my girl is?

I need help figuring out what breed my girl is. I got her in a batch of Jersey Giant eggs that I incubated and she is clearly not a JG. She hatched on Mother’s Day of 2024. She lays medium-large (mostly bigger medium sized eggs…if that makes sense.) white eggs that taste AMAZING! (Better than my JG eggs) Even though she was hand reared and messed with and loved on a lot, she ha a standoffish and leery personality. She is black and has a beautiful green sheen. Also, she has stayed on the smaller side size-wise.

Kinda looks like a black minorca. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will chime in. She is beautiful!

Black Jersey Giants also have a green sheen to them. Mine do!

She doesn’t have that much of a sheen but the others do.

She has a pea comb? Maybe a Sumatra hen

She has white earlobes, so that excludes Australorps and Jersey Giants. If she has a pea comb, then probably something like a Whiting True Blue or Prairie Bluebell egger.

If the comb is single, then either black Andalusian or black Minorca. But probably Andalusian since they are more common these days.
