hes the brown/orange & black rooster, hes young im buying him from a friend was wanting to know his breed, I know hes a bantam tho!! Heres another pic of him

I am going to guess brassyback Old English Game bantam...but this is a guess. I am NOT good at telling the different colors of the OEGBs.

I think he's a mixed breed, due to those dark legs. Then again, I'm not really a bantam person, so will wait to see what others say.

Yea, he looks like his legs are bluish like the hamburgs, but idk, i post a closer pic when i get him next week thanks for trying
