These little “girls” are approximately eight weeks old and I’m wondering what breeds they are? Bonus points if you can confirm they’re all girls. I bought them as straight run and the lady I got them from let me pick and choose the ones I thought were females and I’m hoping I got them all right. She told me what they’re supposed to be but I’m not sure if she was correct or they’re mixed.

On second thought there could be a partridge Cochin. A Cuckoo Marans and possibly the blue copper Marans, but that comb is throwing me off
The comb on which one? I’m really not good with comb types but it looks to me they all have a single comb

1. EE or Whiting True Blue. Peacomb, looks like she has a muff, off-colour legs.
2. Cuckoo Marans (looks like she has white legs, anyway.) Straight comb, definite cuckoo colouration.
3. EE or whiting True Blue. Same as one.
4. Partridge Cochin. Straight comb, feathered legs, partridge colouration.

EDT: Three rows = pea comb.

EDT2: Unless I'm not seeing the pics right. Which is a possibility.

Do you think they all look like pullets? The only one I’m really worried about is the partridge Cochin. “Her” wattles are a tad reddish but not really getting any bigger yet. But I didn’t know if that was normal for 8 weeks? All of my isa Browns and the rest of these are not showing any wattles at the same age but I didn’t know if it could be a breed thing or just individual. I’m still new and learning as I go. I appreciate your help!

Thus far, I see nothing that indicates male. My guess would be female, right now, but since Cochins are a bit slow-maturing, I'll not say "that's definitely 100% a female."

Partridge is usually at least somewhat sexable by colour; the males are usually a little darker than yours (though my experience is with silkie cross partridges, and not Cochin partridges.)

Thank you, I really hope they’re all girls! I have a white silkie and a buff laced polish too that I got as straight run too. They’re just now six weeks but I tried to sex them using “tricks” I found online. I’m staring to think my polish is a little boy though which will be ok since I don’t have any Roos but im only having one and I’m still really on the fence about the silkie.

You're welcome, but here I admit my shortcomings: I stink at sexing Polish and silkies (the three "pure" ones I have are rather pathetic examples of the breed. They only reproduce when I don't catch the nests in time to replace their eggs with ones I actually want incubated.)
