It has like a black spot with feathers on it. Can someone tell me what this is?

It didn't. Before it was a place where he couldn't grow feathers now when he splashed around on water I saw a black spot on it with feathers surrounding it I think

It looks like it is. The duckling sometimes itches that spot and has a black spot on it
