Aww...I didn't know he died. Well I feel awful now. I don't like poking fun or making jokes of the dead. No matter who they are...

I still can't understand some of the phrases he uses and have to use the caption addition when he comes on, even with my hearing aid. I'm become accustomed to hearing some diverse lingo, but I think it's when he mumbled that all the words run together and I can't grasp the concept.


Then again, I get a kick out of George Lopez and can understand everything he says! lol!

Bernie was hard to understand but a lot of his vocal inflection was for the benefit of the audience. I heard him at a fund raiser and he spoke completely different; clear, concise, educated. I used to love George Lopez, until I saw a show of his in person and walked out on him. He's very racist. I still enjoy his show on tv, it's nothing like his stand up "stuff".
