Can ayone tell me what gender please?

Gender please. They are 16 weeks and 5 days old. My son hatched them, and we can not tell on these two. They are also very hard to get pics of. Thanks

The second one is most definitely a rooster. But, I'm really not sure on the first one...I'm leaning towards rooster though.
