can baby chicks have cornmeal?

i still feed my 2-4 week old baby chicks starter feed but i give them a bit of cornmeal for them in the morning. Is that ok?

! Great to have you in our community! I think by that age they can have a bit of cornmeal - but just as a treat - they should have chick starter feed as their primary feed. Good luck to you!

corn has little nutritional value - just makes them fat
