Don't take this the wrong way...
I am afraid she may be too far gone to to try to save at this point though.
And getting food into her isn't going to solve the original problem as to why she went down his so fast.

I was so afraid of this, and honestly I'm kind of terrified to try and tube feed her. I have no problem trying it, but I don't know that it will help, and I definitely can't do it alone, but I'm afraid if I wait until tomorrow it may be too late? I know she has some nutrients, though not nearly enough I'm sure.

What do I do? I can't just let her die

Keep offering he drops of water.
Blend up a slurry made, from her feed and water and offer her that.

Just in case she does pass you may want to think about refrigerating...not freezing her body and sending it to your state lab for a necropsy.
