Can bartlett game bird starter crumbles be fed to ducklings?

I went to my local feed store and the employee recommended Bartlett Game Bird Starter Crumbles for my ducklings. But I have been reading that the protein is too high. My ducklings are about 5 weeks old. It has a 28% protein.

Any thoughts?

That does sound a bit high, and I'd worry about the niacin content.
