I reallly like button quails!! buuut i hate them in the house!! Can the live in a barn, with straw an shaving for the winter??

Button quail don't do so well outside do the unpredictable weather, especially in the winter. A barn would do. I house mine in a garage in pairs since they are monogamous(one male per female). Colony breeding puts a lot of stress on the quail. They thrive in an average temperature of 70 degrees F (29.4 C).

Probably not I am afraid, their metabolism drops if they are really cold, which causes sickness and death. They like warmth. They are a really small quail, after all.
