Can chicken Lice Cause Paralysis?

I have a pullet that I found some lice on today, but about 4-5 weeks ago she has lost some movement in one of her legs. Could this be related?

I doubt it since lice are more of an irritant to chickens. Mites cause anemia and can eventually kill a chicken.
Perhaps your hen might have jumped down from a high roost or other high object and sprained or pulled a tendon or muscle.
