Can chicken pullets be raised in an old quail coop?

I have a large, walk in UNOCCUPIED quail coop that I'd like to put a couple of chicken pullets in for about a month. They'd sleep in a brooder indoors at night, this would just be a daily 'playpen area' for them. I know quail can't occupy a chicken coop. Is there any reason I shouldn't put my girls in this old quail coop? Are there any diseases or illnesses I should know about that may be in the bedding or old poop?

Just hose it down and clean with vinegar and let it sit several days until super dry before move them in. The chickens don't care. I would add 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar w/1 gal of water to their drinking water for couple weeks.
