Can chickens be ok with 2 coops?

I realize a lot of people use tractor coops to move chickens around, but I have a enclosed run that is relatively big that I was considering splitting into 2-3 parts so I can try to grow some greens for them to forage. I even put wheels on the coop to shuttle it back and forth, but realized if I fence off sections it would just be easier for me to build a separate coop for each section rather than designing a fence that can accommodate a moving coop. My coops wont be so much a fancy coop but will provide walls/roof for warmth and perching locations. My run is an old metal hoop house that we no longer use for plants, with hardware cloth added to keep out predators.

Can chickens handle this setup or do they get attached to coops?

Chickens can handle rotating coops. I've used them before (one for the summer and another for the winter) and never had a problem.

Instead of 2 coops, will your setup allow one coop with several doors?, and a divider down the middle of the run? That way you just open the door to the side youre using.
