Can chickens eat rabbit food in moderation?

We just butchered the last of our meat rabbits and have some food leftover. Can chickens eat rabbit food as a snack in moderation? It would NOT be their primary source of food.

As a treat it probably won't hurt them.

I have my silkies in the same area as one of my rabbits, I know the silkies eat the rabbit food as well as their food, and I haven't seen any problems with them.

I know people that feed rabbit pellets as a supplement, mixed in their chicken feed.. it's mostly alfalfa, i think.

My chickens run straight to the rabbit cages and eat underneath ..
