Can Chickens Have Heterochromia Iridum?

Is it possible for a chicken to have 2 eyes that are different colours? That's what Heterochromia iridum is.

So apparently this is very rare in chickens. We call her CC for Cookies & Cream. She is a mixed breed chicken but most likely a Mosaic/Buff cross.

Yep. We had a speckled sussex called Freckles who had it. She had a green eye and a blue one.

We also have a hen called Jenkins who has half brown eyes, half orange.
