Can chicks eat grower feed? Or does it have to be starter feed?

I believe I may have started my new chicks with the wrong feed “grower” and I’m worried. Please help

All of the chick feed I've seen in Farm and Fleet is "starter/grower". I've never seen one or the other. Are you sure it's not both and you misread?

It's fine!
I feed all my chickens, from day one and throughout their lives, the same all flock feed (I get Purina Flock Raiser.)

I just responded to your other thread on this topic.

You did not kill that chick by feeding it Grower instead of Starter. The only difference in Starter and Grower is that they are called different things. Usually Starter has a higher percentage of protein than Grower but some Growers may have as much protein as some Starters. Instead of calling some Grower and others Starter some are called Starter/Grower. That is not your problem.
