Can chicks this size be integrated into the flock?

Thanks to all. I'll try again in a few days when I'm not at work and have plenty of time to watch them. Though, looking through all the suggestions in this thread, I'm not sure if it's better to let just the chicks mingle with the flock, through small holes in the fence where only they can go in and out, or if I should let them and their mother out again together through a big opening. What's the better approach?

Let them all out.
Good to do while you have time to watch.....
....but I would only interfere if blood and/or unceasing beating happens.
Might be good to do late in day close to roost time, toss out some treats for distraction.
Let them go to where they will to roost. Existing will go to their coop, new will probably go to their enclosure.

Meanwhile might want to throw down some treats on both sides of the separation fence,
even better if they can stick heads thru fence,
this acclimates them to eating near each other.
