Can cocci go away on its own?

If chicks have it can it go away without treat ment? As I have chicks i already treated weeks ago and they have it again and im not treating them again i will sooner cull them all as I shouldnt need to treat everyweek. Ive only ever had this problem with ameraucanas and amerucana mixes the rest of my birds never had this problem.

When mine got it I just kept the water and food fresh, without any poo in it, so that it didn't spread. It went away and they were fine. I also kept their bedding fresh and gave them more space.

Please, treat your chicks. I think you should at least try corid in their waterer.
