Can coturnix get mareks? Quick answer please!

I am going to vaccinate my flock with mareks vaccine. Since it is a 1,000 dose bottle can quail get vaccinated to if they can catch mareks? I'm going to vaccinate them in about 20 minutes so please quick answer! Thank you

. But I believe that quail can get the same diseases as chickens, so quail can probably get Mareks too. Someone will probably be able to answer for sure.

I am no expert but asked my vet the same question. She said no, that they have natural immunity.

I called UC Davis Vet school and they agreed. I do not vaccinate my quail, but I do my chickens. The weak virus is in our yard anyway due to the vaccine, so the are protected to some degree anyway. Hope this helps.
