I know different breeds of chickens will produce offspring, i.e EE x RIR
but can say a Pekin breed with a Rouen or Buff and produce viable offspring?
Thanks

Yes. Any two breeds of Mallard derived ducks can interbreed. (Although a Pekin and Call might not work to well

I picked up a White Call at a swap a few weeks ago, and my whole family thinks it would be adorable if I bred him to my McMurray's "Jumbo" Pekin. Excuse me for being icky, but I don't think he's equipped to handle her.

But yes - different breeds of Mallard-derived ducks can interbreed; Pekins, Buffs, Swedish, Campbells, Runners, you name it.

Muscovies are not Mallard-derived, and while they can interbreed with all the breeds of Mallard-derived ducks, their offspring are infertile, and are called "Mule ducks".
