Help please, first time broody, but no Rooster,so I was given eggs.they are covered in pooh, do i wash the pooh off?before I put the eggs under the broody?

I personally don't like washing eggs. But I do remove the dirt with a very soft scrubber. I know some people do wash there eggs and have success with them too it really is just a personnel preference. I think of it this way would the broody hen start washing her eggs before sitting? Good luck with your eggs :frow
