Can Ducklings Hallucinate, psych problems?

Can a duckling develop any kind of psychological problems? I have a 12 day old female who for the past 4 days has been suddenly "seeing" something on the walls it seems and she will jump into the air or hit something and run away screaming really loud then she runs in circles crying. Suddenly she stops and heads back to the flock and sits down.

Could she have some sort of psychosis going on? The other 4 are perfectly fine. Also she has fallen on her back and on her side before unable to get back on her feet without my assistance. I am worried she will freak out one day and slam her head into a wall or something or possibly develop a seizure disorder.

She is a White Layer that I hatched.

I'd begin with a vitamin supplement. I really hope that solves the problem.
