Can ducks and chickens coexist?

My birds are free range. The turkeys, chickens, peafowl, and call ducks all share the same coop at night and when the weather is bad. I have five calls and four are drakes. I also have three ducklings and ten eggs due to hatch soon with the hopes of more duck hens to make a better male/female ratio.

they certainly can -with some special considerations and management.
My mixed flock as shown above has supervised free ranging time. This flock includes various ages, sizes, breeds, and sexes of both species. The species are separate when not supervised and at night, with the drakes further separated from everyone. In spring, the drakes will be separated full time except for my chosen sire, and they will not have ranging time with the chickens; they’ll be let out at separate times. This is for the protection of the chickens, as drakes and chicken hens are not physically compatible and the hens may be damaged or even killed by the drakes.
With forethought and planning for each species, it’s definitely a possibility. :)

Depends on personalities, I have little brown bantams that attack everything (even an adult male turkey!) so they need to be kept away. Just know that the personality is there, no matter what anyone else's experience is, yours are individuals and they will not change that. If one of them is agressive, deal with it, don't expect a growth in emotional intelligence. I lost some broilers to a female turkey who killed them for touching her food bowl.
