Can ducks get Mycoplasma gallispectum?

I saw this thread and I realized something...
My duckling also had watery eyes with bubble-goo substance and he eats normally.
Is it possible my duckling has it?!

Without checking the disease information, foamy eye often can be dealt with by making sure the duckling has fresh water deep enough to wash her or his head in frequently. Does your duckling have a head washer?

No my ducklings doesn't.
He just has one dish.
He sneezed in my nose a couple times when I held him up to my face.
I was trying to look closer at his eye. But its not foamy.
