Picked up 3 chics from TSC today in a mixed breed bin with Black sex links and golden comets and *arucanas* Two are darker with greenish grey feet, one is lighter with beautiful markings on her wings but orange feet..Can she still be an EE with orange feet??

Yes, we recently hatched blue EE eggs and some of the chicks have orange, slate, etc colored legs. Have to wait and see what color eggs...

Because Easter Eggers aren't a recognized breed, I don't believe they have a standard for much of anything. As far as I know they can be feathered any color, have any color legs, have any comb type (though pea combs are most prevalent) and can lay any color egg. Whether it be blue, blue green, green blue, green, or brown!

An EE is a mutt chicken who has a blue egg-laying ancestor somewhere in the woodpile. Technically, a non-standard Ameriucana would also be an EE, but the vast majority of EEs are mutts. As such, they can have almost any trait, depending on what other breeds are in their background.

Thank you all : ) They are so sweet, now off to post another question lol
