Can eggs get stuck?

I have a red sex link hen. In the last few weeks she has gotten really fat. Didnt think much of it except that she was rather large and beautiful. Last week I noticed she was turning her neck kind of funny, like in a circle. This morning her comb was almost white, she laid almost all day in the same place. She also had green runny poo. She has since sadly passed away. Could eggs have gotten stuck to make her be so fat? Or do I need to do something to protect my others. We havent changed or added anything. Please help.

So, do you think it sounds like she could have been egg bound? Im just worried about the others. Im very new to chickens. But I found that I really enjoy them.
