Can eggs hatch prematurely?

I have a group of eggs scheduled to hatch in 8 days. However, earlier today one of the eggs cracked a bit. By later this afternoon, 2 more cracks had appeared. I can see a little chick down in there (just barely). What do I do?

If it's a week early I'd just wait and watch. If you have a way to add water without opening the bator, I'd raise the humidity a little bit if you thing they were zipping.

Yes to what Mahonri said. I am no expert but from my research if they are hatching early it is due to the heat being to high, Hatching late is equated with the heat being to low. Good luck.
