can eggs with displaced air cells hatch

i just got 16 silkie eggs from MPC today. most have displaced air cells. i have them resting in the egg turner. my question is, do those eggs have much of a chance? i know there's always a chance....but has anyone ever had decent hatch rates with displaced air cell eggs?

Yes! I had 7 shipped eggs that I set. All of them had pretty messed up air cells. All seven developed, and six hatched.

Here's a picture of one of them, and you can definitely see the air cell is not in the right place.
