Can Guinea carry Mycoplasma like chickens?

I am paranoid about bringing something into my flock but would like to get Guinea's. Do they carry/catch/have the same kind of mycoplasma that poultry have/carry/catch?

It is possible but not likely. If you have a serious desire to practice bio-security then it wouldn't be prudent to introduce them.
