I have 12 muscovy eggs I started in my incubator and a hen (chicken) who just went broody. Since she's sitting on nothing right now can I give her a few eggs to brood or would that be harmful to the embryo and affect the hatch rate? Thanks!

Give her some golf balls for a few days. Make sure she's committed. If she's staying on the nest then you can either give her eggs or wait and give her ducklings. Read up on misting and cooling the eggs if you let her hatch them.
Less work and better hatch rate to just finish them in the incubator.
