Gamebirds and chickens don't mix. Chickens are carriers of diseases that they can tolerate but will kill gamebirds.
As already suggested, if you can have your chickens and pens separated from your quail and their pens by at least 300', you might be able to get away with them on the same property.
Biosecurity is the utmost priority when raising gamebirds. Washing hands, changing shoes, clothing, gloves, etc before and after entering the different enclosures will go a long way in preventing cross contamination between the seperate enclosures.
