Can I allow chickens outside of coop in winter?

Mine like to come out for a little bit..... then when I notice them heading back in, I round them up and put them in the coop. They have a covered run that they hang out in also and have access to 24/7. My Silkie and ShowGirl are almost always in the run or wandering off when I let them out. The younger ones and a handful of pullets I have are last out and first in. My La Fleche pullets RARELY come out and play..... they are content to stay in where it's warmer.
