Can I brood Cornish X with regular chicks?

Can I brood Cornish X with regular chicks? I wanted to try a few meat birds with my upcoming order of layers after reading some stuff in the meat bird threads. But I'm guessing the feed requirements are different...even at birth?

Yes, feed requirements are diffrent at hatch. You could order them together, then seperate them into diffrent brooders.
