Can I check for pips on day 19 or 20??

Good morning wise chicken people, I currently have 2 silkie hens sitting on 7 eggs. I am SOOO curious to see how things are progressing. They NEVER leave the nest (they have plenty of fresh food and water nearby). Is is safe to move them somehow and have a look??

I don't mess with my broodies - especially that close to hatch. Be patient and let them do their job.
