Can I eat my eggs?

I am treating my 1 1/2 year old Marans with amprolium 20% soluble powder for a bad case of Coccidia . My question is, can I eat the eggs they lay or dispose of them? Thank you in advance

hey there i think you should get rid of them or put them under a broody chicken or so..
hope they will heal soon

Thank you for your input, I have a Broody hen that sits on plastic eggs and steals the other hen's eggs, but alas, no roosters. Love them, not their crowing, maybe sometime in the future, mine were crowing at 2 a.m.
