Can I entice my hens to brood?

OK - spring is here, and I need to get some new layers for next year. Would love to do this from my hens, but no one is broody

The splash hen went broody in December, so maybe she will start soon, but ... sheesh! Come on ladies chix, times a-wastin'!

Not sure I can help you there I've not had my chickens that long! But I'm curious too!
