Can I even tell at this point if I have a rooster?

They're four weeks old and from what I understand, it's a bit hard to tell yet. But I think that little one on the far right might be a cockerel. It's bigger than the others and I see it's tail feathers curling much more than the others. I don't think you can see in the photo, but I can already see wattles coming in on it. I can't get close enough to get a good photo because that one is a butt head. When I come to check up on them, this one will flap it's wings at me and if I scoop it up, it will give me a peck or two. Or maybe it's just a precocious hen!
