Can I feed ducks Mealworms?

found someone on CL with an amazing price. Thought id buy some for my sis and her beardie and give some to the ducks. Can i feed them mealworms?

I would get some at the pet food store and see if they eat them first. Mine weren't thrilled with them. They would rather have worms.
