Yes, it's quite good for them.Is Purina flock raiser okay to give one month old baby chicks too
Most people just put it in a separate dish next to their feed bowl. The chicks and ducks will only eat it when they need it.Right now all my chickens and Ducks are sleeping together does this mean that I need to feed the oyster shells in a separate place with my older chickens or can I have it out freely for them and can I trust nature that the ones that need it will only eat the oyster shell in the younger ones that are not laying will not eat the oyster shell please let me know as quick as possible I'm at Tractor Supply looking
Yes.Okay so it's okay to put oyster shell with the non laying chickens and ducks
Once they are laying age you can switch them to a layer feed if you want. And our chickens and Ducks are only for egg laying is the Purina flock raiser okay to feed just laying chicken chickens and ducks that are raised for only rasde for eggs
Lots of people feed their layers nothing but all flock and oyster shell on the side.K so I do not need Lane pellets if I have oyster shells on the side for my rain hens that are laying eggs
