Yes we are feeding them 30% turkey starter but I want to give them other stuff too. Just trying to make them as big as possible! They love fly larvae.

No. fat won't fatten them up, the protein in their feed will "fatten" them up.
Avoid excess fat and salt.

Oats are a carbohydrate food, so may add some weight. However, they also have Round Up in them, unless you are growing the oats yourself. A little fat won't hurt them, but I don't know if it will give you the results you want.
