can i feed my birds suet?

i was wondering if suet would hurt them? looks like so many yummy things, so was just wondering??

I would give it more in the winter time but it won't hurt them.

I bought mine a woodpecker bar; it's all peanuts and sunflower seeds and other bigger things. They devoured it.
