Can I feed my chickens Palo Verde Beetles?

Found two of these in our backyard this evening. It was to dark for the chickens to eat them tonight, but I figured when they get up in the morning they would have a nice treat. I just want to make sure they won't be able to hurt the chickens.

If the chickens will eat them, they will be fine. I doubt that the beetle poses any threat to the chickens.

When we came out this morning I didn't initially see them, but after a few minutes the chickens found them. She picked that beetle up and shook it and threw it till it stopped moving and ate it. So I guess she answered my question
