Can I feed my chickens sausage gravy

Hi!! I’m new here and new to raising chickens. I was wondering can I feed my chickens sausage gravy. It’s not all the time I just had some left over and wasn’t wanting to waste it. It doesn’t have salt in it other than what’s from the sausage if there is any in it. Milk, butter, flour and sausage from the butcher shop is all it has in it. Thanks you

Applying the sausage gravy earlier than most recipes call for, but a little bit won’t hurt ‘em.

Reminds me of back when my family had cows when I was a teenager. Whenever we had people over I’d make a show of getting a bottle of BBQ sauce out of the fridge and heading for the pasture to “pre-season” the beef.

Leftover gravy as an occasional treat is fine - my rooster Floyd looooooves him some gravy! He does not call the girls over, and he is not happy when they show up!
