Can I feed my ladies leftover lentil soup?

Its lentils, carrots, potatoes, tomato sauce some bouillon, spinach onions and garlic. They arent laying right now from molt so would the onion and garlic still not be good? I cant remember if cooked onion is bad for them or not.

Onion and garlic flavoring can carry over to their eggs. If there's not an overwhelming amount of onion then the soup will make a very tasty treat for them!

I love homemade Lentil soup so the chickens would have to fight me for it LOL, besides there is never any leftover hehehe.
