They can eat that, but duckling starter is better for them. You need to supplement the ducklings with extra niacin if you feed them chick start. When that bag runs out, can you get them duck starter, or do you need to feed chicks as well?

It won't hurt them, but it doesn't have all the nutrients they need.

I would return the bag, and get either duckling/gosling feed, or something like Purina Flock Raiser.
