can i feed....

I work at grocery store and daily we throw away 6 trash cans full of watermelon, honeydew, canotlope, and strawberry hulls. And a full trash can of greens....mostly lettuces, kale, spinash, and cabbage. Can I feed these items to the chicken daily to cut down on the amount of feed I give them?

They are 9 weeks old today. I have been feeding lettuce leaves or cabbage leaves but was worried to much Treats would stop eating what they need to grow

You are right to worry about keeping then on a balanced diet while they are young. When they finish growing, then the produce becomes a good source of food for them. Keep in mind that they will still need a balanced diet, even when grown.
