Can I find out if these eggs are viable?

Hi, I'm new to your board. I had a quail nesting on my porch in a plant pot and my dogs scared her off after about 2 weeks. She had laid 10 eggs, the last one was laid about a week ago. I waited for about a day and a half, but no show - plus my dog is now obsessed with the nest location. I'm assuming she left and isn't coming back, so brought the nest inside and placed it in an incubator (temp about 101 and humidity around 60%). I am turning them 3-4 x day and wonder if there is any way I can know if they are still viable.
Thanks in advance,
Potatobaba:)

I know if she has been sitting on them for a few day that if you candle them, you can see if there is something in there or not. I heard you can only tell if they are viable a few days after they started incubation. You could try to candle them.
