Can I Give Injectable Vit B Orally?

Hi, need some advice please?
I have two Silkies with vitamin B deficiencies. I need to know if I can put this in their drinking water please? If yes, how much per gallon?

I think some people do put it in water but a have no idea how much they use.

The label says 0.5 to 1 ml for chickens. How much water do the two of them drink per day?
