Can I give my chicks Parsley?

I have some fresh parsley leftover from dinner, and I wanted to give it to my three week old chicks. Is this okay for them to eat?
(Provided I give them grit as well?)

If they're accustomed to eating greens they'll love it. I've used it several times in the past when I could not get other fresh greens.
