I know this but the main problem is that the feed is of too much poor quality (in my country) that's why I don't give them the feed ...... If I give then their may be health issues for them

As I've said several times, the easiest and best way to give birds complete protein is with animal based products. Fish, meat and bugs of all types. Eggs are complete but only about 12% so that isn't enough.
Even if they are high in protein, vegetative sources of protein are incomplete on the basis of essential amino acids. You can't find a plant that has all the amino acids birds need.

Vegetable based poultry feeds have synthetic amino acids added to provide what's missing.
